Once the concept is established, it evolves into a fully detailed design scheme. I collaborate closely with specialist consultants, such as lighting designers, AV experts, and acoustic specialists, to ensure every detail is seamlessly integrated into the overall design. Bespoke joinery plays a key role here, and I work with skilled craftspeople to create custom pieces that enhance both functionality and the atmosphere of the space.
The second part of this phase focuses on costings. I work to establish accurate budgets for all aspects of the design I have developed, ensuring the scope of work aligns with your financial expectations. This ensures that all bespoke elements and other design features are clearly outlined, discussed and approved before moving forward.

Once the design and investment are approved, I manage the procurement process, ensuring that all materials, furnishings, and bespoke pieces are sourced and purchased. I work with trusted suppliers and craftsmen to ensure that every item aligns with the approved design and quality standards. This stage ensures that everything is ready and available for the installation phase, helping to avoid delays and ensuring the smooth execution of the project.

Once the trades have completed their work and the bespoke furnishings, fixtures and equipment are ready for installation, I remain closely involved to ensure the vision is realised exactly as intended. I coordinate the trades and collaborate with any other project consultants and team members, making sure each element I’ve designed is delivered as planned. My role is to guide the team, ensuring a seamless transition from design to reality, and that everything is completed to the highest standard.

Once the installation is complete, I personally style and dress the space - layering in the final details that bring it all to life. After handover, a professional shoot captures the finished result at its best: a beautifully considered home, designed for real living and lasting impact.
